 广东省机电设备招标中心受招标人委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开竞争性招标，于2014-04-16在中国国际招标网公告。 本次招标采用传统招标方式，现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1、  招标条件

项目概况：根据教学需要，招标人需购买五轴联动加工中心及高精密数控机床。

资金到位或资金来源落实情况：招标人已具备本项目所需的资金。

项目已具备招标条件的说明：本项目已通过东莞市财政局的批复进行国际招标。

1）五轴五联动加工中心，2轴数控旋转/摆动工作台，包括位于摆动台的前端部位附加支架，五轴均采用全闭环反馈； 2）采用HEIDENHAIN ITNC 620，采用图形化编程接口；数控系统配套原装操作面板、机床面板以及手轮，不小于15寸LCD显示屏，具备五轴联动插补、3D加工及TCPM刀具中心点管理功能；支持德国数控标准DIN66025； 3）主轴采用嵌入式直接驱动，铣削主轴最高转速不小于12000转/分,主轴电机功率及扭矩19KW / 121Nm（10%ED）以上；X/Y/Z电机扭矩不小于16N.m,B/C轴电机扭矩不小于27 N.m； 4）行程: X≥620mm Y≥520mm Z≥460mm；快进速度：≥ 48m/min； 5)按照VDI标准， X\Y\Z定位精度不大于0.006mm，重复定位精度不大于0.004mm ；B、C轴定位精度不大于15”，重复定位精度不大于4”，主轴跳动小于0.001 mm；
