GAC-Sofinco AFC is planning to build its own Software Development Framework, in order to support the expansion of business needs, dedicated user requirements or functionalities development, targeting to reduce managing numerous small systems and to decrease its development and maintenance efforts and related costs.
广汽汇理汽车金融公司正在计划搭建我们自己的软件开发平台，以支持业务发展的需要，满足用户需求或功能开发，目标是减少需要管理的为数众多的小系统，减少系统开发和维护的工作量和相关成本。

A high level description of requirements is described in appendix. Please build your proposal accordingly, not hesitating to add any inputs you feel helping and fruitful for Gac-Sofinco. We will plan the communication and presentation after accordingly to your proposal. If you have demo system please prepare together.

Request for Information (RFI)信息征询
1. The RFI document will be announced at Mar. 14th, 2014 through GDMEETC website
本函将在2014年3月14日通过广东省机电设备招标中心网站发布。
2. After your company know about our information, if you have solution which can meet our request and interesting to participate, please make your first proposal based on the information from this RFI, and send back to us before March 28th, 2014
在贵公司了解相关内容后，如果有适合我们的方案并有兴趣参与的话，请按要求准备初始方案，并在2014年3月28日前发给我方。
3. At the end of this RFI, we will select only short list professional vendors go into next RFP phase.
本次RFI信息征询结束后，我方将挑选部分有实力的供应商进入下一阶段的RFP邀请招标环节。
During the RFI phase, you will build a first proposal based on the received documentation. If you are not clear of our expectation, you can call us for explanation. In case of need, the questions should be sent by email to zheng.yongjun@gsafc.com
At the end of this RFI, we will inform you the result whether your company and proposal is selected for next RFP phase, but we have no responsibilities and obligations to explain and clarify the result.

Note补充说明：
1. No matter which mode, all deliverables based on the development framework should be owned exclusively by Gac-Sofinco AFC after the project, including documentation, data model, data dictionary and source code. The intellectual property belongs to Gac-Sofinco AFC.
无论哪种模式，所有基于平台上开发的交付物都必须移交给我司，知识产权属于广汽汇理所有，包括所有开发文档、数据字典以及源代码等。
2. The capacity to transfer and integrate the Software development framework chosen by Credit Agricole Consumer Finance (CACF) and the related architectural components already developed should be considered as part of Model 4.
以下是我们股东方CACF的开发架构以及相关的已经开发的架构组件，在我方选择的开发平台基础上的转移和集成能力，将被认为是模式4的一部分。
